NORTH BEACH REAL ESTATE   

North Beach, NJ is located in Ocean County, New Jersey.  It is a sub-section of Long Beach Township, NJ.  Long Beach Township is one of six incorporated municipalities that comprise Long Beach Island  an eighteen mile long barrier island surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Barnegat Bay to the west.  Long Beach Township was first incorporated in 1899 and, as of the 2000 US Census, has a population of 3,329 full time residents.

Given its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Bay , North Beach, NJ has developed into a resort destination for thousands of vacationers between Memorial Day and Labor Day each season.  It is located 100 miles south of New York City (via the Garden State Parkway ), 63 miles east of Philadelphia (via State Routes 70 & 72) and 45 miles north of Atlantic City (via the Garden State Parkway ).
